In the Respiraction LLC, we provide various services focused on respiratory well-being and improving physical and mental performance, including:

Personalized advice

We offer individual and group advisory services, provided by instructors with advanced training in functional breathing methodologies. Our approach is based on scientifically validated principles to improve lung capacity, cardiovascular health and overall performance.

Online courses

We design educational programs to optimize respiratory health and general well-being. These courses combine practices of the Oxygen Advantage Method (OA) ® and Pranayama, an ancestral discipline of breathing control from yoga, which promotes the balance of life energy and mental calm.

The advisory programs and courses offered on this Site are designed as complementary tools for improving health and general well-being. They do not replace professional medical treatment or constitute a method of diagnosis, treatment, or cure of diseases or medical conditions.

2. Restrictions on use

The content of this Site (texts, images, videos and other materials) is intended exclusively for your personal use. It shall be prohibited:

  • The commercial use of the content without prior and written authorization of the Respiraction LLC.

The user recognizes that the use of the information and services offered is at their own risk and free the Respiraction LLC from any liability for damage related to their access, use or impossibility of use of the Site.

6. Intellectual Property

6.1 Ownership of the content

All the content available on this Site, including, among others, texts, graphics, images, logos, videos, audios, and the underlying software, is the exclusive property of Respiraction LLC or its licensors and is protected by national and international intellectual property laws.

The teaching methodology, the structure of the courses, the scripts and the teaching materials presented have been developed and synthesized by Santiago Julián for Respiraction LLC. This intellectual property is the main asset of the company and is protected as such.

6.2 Relationship with Oxygen Advantage ® Methodology and Disclaimer

In order to provide a full context on the training of the instructor, the following is stated:

  • Instructor Certification: Santiago Julián is Advanced Certificate Instructor in the Oxygen Advantage ® methodology. This certification allows you to officially teach and share the principles of this methodology.
  • Course Responsibility Discharge: Despite the instructor's certification, the courses and services offered on this Site are a creation of the Respiracción LLC. They are not an official certification course or advanced training accredited by the Oxygen Advantage ® organization. The content is based on the principles of functional breathing, but it is presented through the unique methodology and synthesis of Respiracción LLC.
  • Route to Official Certification: If a participant wants to obtain an official certification or advanced training in the Oxygen Advantage ® methodology, you must search and contact an enabled instructor through the official channels of the Oxygen Advantage ® organization.

By using this Site and accessing its courses, users recognize and accept that the content and training received do not involve official accreditation by Oxygen Advantage ® and that the responsibility for seeking such accreditation rests entirely with the user.

6.3 User's license

Respiracción LLC gives you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to access and use the content of the Site strictly for personal, informative, and non-commercial use.

Any form of reproduction, distribution, modification, public display, transmission or creation of works derived from the content of the Site is prohibited without the prior and written authorization of the Respiraction LLC. This licence does not extend, implicitly or explicitly, to any third-party mark, methodology or content that may be mentioned on the Site.

6.4 Third-party content

The Site may include third-party resources, such as images, music or graphics, obtained from sources that offer free or public domain licenses (e.g., Unsplash, Wikimedia Commons). These resources are subject to the terms of the licenses established by their respective owners. The user is responsible for consulting and respecting such licenses. Respiracción LLC is not responsible for users' use of this third party material in violation of their original licenses.

7. Amendments to the Terms and Conditions

8. Applicable law and jurisdiction

These Terms will be governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of New Mexico, USA. In the face of any dispute, controversy or claim arising from the interpretation or execution of these Terms, both parties agree to submit exclusively to the jurisdiction of State and federal courts located in the State of New Mexico, USA.

Renunciation to other jurisdictions: The application of any other jurisdiction or law is expressly excluded.

Time limit for claims: Any claim must be filed within the time limit legally established in that jurisdiction.

Divisibility: If any provision of these Terms is declared null or void, the remaining terms shall remain in full force and effect.
