We design educational programs to optimize respiratory health and general well-being. These courses combine practices of the Oxygen Advantage Method (OA) ® and Pranayama, an ancestral discipline of breathing control from yoga, which promotes the balance of life energy and mental calm.

2. Restrictions on use

The teaching methodology, the structure of the courses, the scripts and the teaching materials presented have been developed and synthesized by Santiago Julián for Respiraction LLC. This intellectual property is the main asset of the company and is protected as such.

6.2 Relationship with Oxygen Advantage ® Methodology and Disclaimer

In order to provide a full context on the training of the instructor, the following is stated:

  • Instructor Certification: Santiago Julián is Advanced Certificate Instructor in the Oxygen Advantage ® methodology. This certification allows you to officially teach and share the principles of this methodology.
  • Course Responsibility Discharge: Despite the instructor's certification, the courses and services offered on this Site are a creation of the Respiracción LLC. They are not an official certification course or advanced training accredited by the Oxygen Advantage ® organization. The content is based on the principles of functional breathing, but it is presented through the unique methodology and synthesis of Respiracción LLC.
  • Route to Official Certification: If a participant wants to obtain an official certification or advanced training in the Oxygen Advantage ® methodology, you must search and contact an enabled instructor through the official channels of the Oxygen Advantage ® organization.

By using this Site and accessing its courses, users recognize and accept that the content and training received do not involve official accreditation by Oxygen Advantage ® and that the responsibility for seeking such accreditation rests entirely with the user.

6.3 User's license

Respiracción LLC gives you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to access and use the content of the Site strictly for personal, informative, and non-commercial use.

Any form of reproduction, distribution, modification, public display, transmission or creation of works derived from the content of the Site is prohibited without the prior and written authorization of the Respiraction LLC. In the face of any dispute, controversy or claim arising from the interpretation or execution of these Terms, both parties agree to submit exclusively to the jurisdiction of State and federal courts located in the State of New Mexico, USA.

Renunciation to other jurisdictions: The application of any other jurisdiction or law is expressly excluded.

Time limit for claims: Any claim must be filed within the time limit legally established in that jurisdiction.

Divisibility: If any provision of these Terms is declared null or void, the remaining terms shall remain in full force and effect.

En determinados casos, el acceso a ciertos contenidos o funcionalidades podrá depender de la existencia de una compra válida, una suscripción activa o la verificación de un pago correctamente procesado.

11. Cuentas de usuario, acceso y autenticación

Algunas funcionalidades de nuestros servicios pueden requerir la creación de una cuenta, el inicio de sesión o la verificación de identidad. En esos casos, el usuario se compromete a proporcionar información veraz, completa y actualizada, y a mantener la confidencialidad de sus credenciales de acceso.

El usuario será responsable de toda actividad realizada desde su cuenta, salvo que haya notificado oportunamente un uso no autorizado. Respiracción LLC podrá suspender, restringir o cancelar cuentas cuando detecte incumplimientos de estos Términos, actividades sospechosas, fraude, abuso del servicio o riesgos para la seguridad de la plataforma o de otros usuarios.

Cuando el acceso se realice mediante servicios de terceros, como Google o Apple, dicho acceso estará sujeto también a las políticas y condiciones del proveedor correspondiente.

12. Suscripciones, duración del acceso y cancelación

Determinados servicios o contenidos podrán estar sujetos a suscripciones, membresías, periodos de acceso temporales o validación continuada del estado del usuario. En esos casos, el acceso podrá mantenerse únicamente mientras la suscripción o condición correspondiente permanezca activa y válida.

Salvo que se indique otra cosa en la oferta concreta, la cancelación de una suscripción impedirá la renovación futura, pero no necesariamente generará derecho a reembolso por periodos ya abonados. En caso de contratación a través de terceros, como plataformas de pago o tiendas de aplicaciones, las renovaciones, cancelaciones y condiciones adicionales podrán regirse también por las reglas del proveedor correspondiente.

13. Uso responsable y asunción de riesgo

El usuario reconoce que las prácticas respiratorias, físicas, de relajación o regulación del sistema nervioso pueden no ser adecuadas para todas las personas y que la participación en cualquier actividad ofrecida por Respiracción LLC es voluntaria y se realiza bajo su propia responsabilidad.

El usuario asume la responsabilidad de adaptar la intensidad, duración y modalidad de la práctica a sus circunstancias personales, y de consultar a un profesional de la salud cuando corresponda antes de iniciar actividades que puedan implicar exigencia física, cambios respiratorios relevantes o exposición a estímulos que no sean adecuados para su condición.

14. Privacidad y protección de datos

El tratamiento de datos personales relacionado con el uso del Sitio y de los servicios de Respiracción LLC se rige por nuestra Política de Privacidad y Cookies. Al utilizar nuestros servicios, el usuario reconoce haber sido informado de dicho tratamiento en los términos previstos en esa política.
